Except perhaps for vaccinations, I would absolutely never go back to this vet. My cat needed emergency surgery because she had swallowed a toy, even though the vet said she didn't think she had because "it would hurt the cat when she felt it." She did say I could go to another vet for an ultrasound, but after she examined her and said she doubted she had swallowed anything, and gave me anti-nausea medication, I, as a layperson, naturally trusted her opinion. At another vet, an X-ray immediately revealed the foreign object in her stomach. This misdiagnosis cost valuable time, which could have put my pet's life in danger. This vet might have been good in the past, or she might still be good for minor issues (since she's also inexpensive), but the more I talk to people who have taken their pets to her, the more negative things I hear about her.

I completely agreed the below comment. My dog was having discharge from the nose. I spent more than 1000€ on her clinic and also the veterinary university for all check up and examination. At the end all the examination couldn't show the exact problem of my dog. He was diagnosed as cancer with nose. This doctor made us lose a lot of time to make the correct treatment for my dog. She even seem always forget many things even you already reminded her many times. I did tell her what examination my dog been made in another clinic. But she always FORGOT the things and arrange the same Xray for my dog again which is completely unnecessary. This Xray was done in veterinary university. Because the doctor said she FORGOT. so my dog has to suffer more. Also before the appointment, what we have talked is about HD Xray, then she said after discussing with the university, better CT scan, then at the end she changed to MRI. I just feel so confused but I need to trust her profession. At the end, all the examination were having wrong. Because all the results could not tell the problem exactly. If i really want to know what the problem exactly, I need to go for further examination, which was supposed to be done initially. I feel very regret that I found the wrong doctor my dog. i stayed with her because I already changed once before her. Another doctor asked me to do the deep examination on nose which need anesthetic. Because for the age of my dog, I want to avoid that. That's why I searched for the second opinion. Because this doctor said my doctor didn't need to do the examination with anesthetic, HD xray was enough. so I stayed with her. After the results, she even not trying to contact me to inform me the results. Every time I called her. She said she called back. But NEVER!!!! I found her very irresponsible. I also made the blood test in her clinic, which supposed to be done next day. But she never called back until I contacted her many times. One simple blood test for the thyroid, she took us more than a week to update us under the condition that I have to contact her many times. All the same story " I FORGOT""" I don't understand her high reviews. Maybe just has tje profession on fixing diahreaa, vaccination etc.
