24h!!! The best!!!
I called on a Friday at 5:40 PM because my cat had eaten a long piece of string and I was worried. When I called, there was a few seconds of silence, and then a man said "Hello," and I explained what had happened. There was no reply, he didn't say anything at all, and then he just hung up. I know it might be a "trivial" worry, but since this is my first pet, I worry about everything. Not even having the decency to say ANYTHING makes a bad veterinary clinic in my opinion. I will certainly never go there again.
