Friendly, competent advice and treatment. They take their time for the patients. I've been in good hands with my dogs for years. I can only rate the practice as excellent.
We are very happy and satisfied. Dr. and Mrs. Maresch are truly nice, friendly, and reliable veterinarians. They practice out of love for animals and offer fair prices to their customers – exactly how it should be! There's no rip-off here like with most vets! That's why these wonderful doctors get our highest rating of 1Aa plus – excellent! 😊😃
Today I went with my father-in-law to Mr. Maresch's veterinary clinic to have his beloved dog put down. Unfortunately, I find it inconceivable that Mr. Maresch calls himself a veterinarian. He was very unprofessional and there was no sign of gentle euthanasia. You can't treat animals like that; what he did today was pure animal cruelty. The poor dog, it was so awful. And tying his mouth shut because he might snap... where does such a thing happen? In my opinion, he's anything but a veterinarian.
It's incomprehensible to me that someone like that could become a veterinarian. As a cat owner, you should think twice before going there. I called the emergency service because my cat couldn't lie down and had an unidentifiable lump on her belly. (A fractured sternum, as I now know, thanks to the competent help of the Wiener Neustadt Animal Clinic.) I was completely distraught in that situation because this creature means so much to me, and I wouldn't have cared about any cost. But when you hear someone say, "Well, if the cat has a tick, you can just put something on it. + Is the cat still eating?" it makes you lose all hope, especially when you imagine the worst. I don't call the emergency service for a tick; that's pure ignorance, and his behavior showed me that this "veterinarian" had absolutely no interest in helping my cat. When you're ripped off by a "veterinarian" in a situation like this, even though you're clearly distraught on the phone, then in my opinion, he completely lacks any empathy for both people and animals. I'm extremely disappointed and will advise everyone against going to this vet, because he'll let you down in an emergency.
Today, we spontaneously visited Dr. Werner Maresch with an abandoned cat. And we must say, thank you so much for your treatment of our cat. Friendly, professional, and with the right heart, we were more than satisfied. We would be happy to return and highly recommend his services. We wish him and his team all the best and hope they stay in the region for a long time.
