I have been going to this vet for years Every pet we have had, he has taken care of . Very friendly and fully confident and helpful with his giving instructions to making my pets feel better.
I had my first appointment today with my dog at Dr. Streißlberger's practice in Lauterach. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Due to unforeseen traffic conditions, I was about 20 minutes late coming from Lindau. Although I politely informed the doctor of the reason for my delay via the intercom, my explanation was not accepted. Instead, the communication was abruptly terminated, which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Frustrated, I had to make the drive back to Lindau. I am very disappointed with the way new patients are treated and expect more understanding and flexibility from a service provider in this field. This negative experience has made me seriously question the practice's customer service and overall approach.
I took Cleo to him. She had a bladder infection. He even called again on Saturday to check on Cleo. I feel my two cats are in good hands with him.
A veterinary team – a husband-and-wife team – who not only know what they're doing, but are also genuinely interested in the animals. I call it passion and real help that goes far beyond "normal" treatment. I've been taking my dogs to them for over 10 years and can cite many positive examples. From end-of-life care to weekend shifts... they're always there and always more than just helpful. Our vet's dry humor is also world-class, especially when giving injections or answering questions 🤣 Anyone who loves their pet, friend, companion, and family member has only one place in the country where they truly provide successful and empathetic help... We took our cat Ilvy to the emergency vet today. We were very satisfied; they were able to come immediately after a phone call. Dr. Steißlberger is very competent, and we felt very well cared for. Thank you so much!
