Dear Practice Team, Dear Doctors At the beginning of the year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart. We have been entrusting our animals to your care for about ten years now. During this time, you have looked after four of our cats – sadly, only one of them is still with us. We have come to particularly appreciate your great expertise and compassion during difficult times. After Paddy's car accident, you provided wonderful and loving aftercare, for which we are still very grateful. The loss of his brother Jamie, who fell ill with cancer during the lockdown and sadly did not survive the operation, was very painful for us. Even in this difficult situation, we always felt taken seriously and well cared for by you. Now, a young male dog (Ares) enriches our lives, and we also feel that he is in the best possible hands with you at all times. Your loving nature, your patience, and your professional expertise always give us the reassurance that our animals are in the right place.
