Outrageous, a total rip-off. Zero stars wasn't an option.

Very unfriendly and unpleasant. We only wanted information over the phone, never again!!!! There are many better and more customer-friendly veterinarians in the area. Also, no website, no precise opening hours, etc. The doctor said he already has enough customers, he doesn't need the others...
