I called Dr. Ertl's emergency number for a friend because my friend doesn't have a phone at the moment and her dog was very ill. Dr. Ertl was very unfriendly and rude and said it wasn't right that I gave out her phone number, and that she was on vacation. Why does she even have an emergency number then??? It's best to contact a different veterinary practice! I'm very disappointed with this vet.

Unfortunately, they are not competent when it comes to specific problems. You don't receive an invoice, so the treatment is untraceable. If the consulting veterinarian wants to email the x-rays and the animal's medical report, it's impossible because Dr. Ertl supposedly doesn't have an email address. AND THIS IN THE 21ST CENTURY

A highly competent veterinarian who acted quickly and decisively during our cat's emergency. She kept us informed of every step she took, providing support and guidance throughout the entire process. Definitely highly recommended. Five stars are far too few!

We have been treating my animals, both dogs and cats, with Dr. ERTL for over 10 years. I can only say that we receive excellent and professional care. One of my cats had an emergency surgery on Easter Sunday with great success, and the tomcat survived as a result. She has undergone many surgeries and sterilizations without complications, and she provides impeccable, compassionate care. The most important thing for her is that she can help the animals.
