Some people here say they have zero empathy. I was there because of an accident. I felt hardly any empathy for the dog or for me, as I almost fainted from shock. But they were very effective. They pay close attention to the animal's well-being and do excellent work. And what do you need empathy for? Try being a veterinarian, euthanizing animals, or seeing dead animals daily. You'll either break down or you won't let yourself get emotionally involved. And the price is very reasonable for the excellent service. So I can only recommend them.
Best veterinarian far and wide, whether for horses, dogs, or cats. Excellent value for money. Highly competent. House calls are made quickly and thoroughly, day and night. Friendly and honest.
Our dog urgently needed a vet in the middle of the night. We only managed to reach one vet. She said she'd been at the clinic since early morning and that the dog would probably make it until the next day. Then, thankfully, we got hold of Dr. Auinger. He told us to come immediately. It was midnight, and we'd never been to him before. He was very kind and competent, and also quite reasonably priced, especially in the middle of the night. Thank you!
During the phone call (with a woman), she simply hung up just because she had previously been to a different vet who was closed today, even though my dog needed help. This vet clearly doesn't care about the animal's welfare!
