In my opinion, she's a very competent veterinarian who, thank goodness, responds to emergencies (one of the few in the area). I took my dog there because she'd swallowed an object. No other vet answered my phone at 3:00 PM, except her. Although we didn't click 100% on a personal level, I was very impressed and delighted by her love for animals, her empathetic approach, and her calming words. I'll always keep her number saved and will always share it with others.
The only veterinarian for miles around who answered the phone in the middle of the night in an absolute emergency and took care of our little Yuki (10-week-old Ausky). We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your loving care, your nerves of steel with our small but very lively puppy, and for supporting not only our little one but us as well. A truly wonderful woman, both personally and professionally! We highly recommend you!
We took my cat to her on the holiday because of repeated swallowing difficulties. I explained to her that it was a foreign body in her nose, as we had already had the problem two months ago. We were sent away because another emergency came in at the same time. After waiting an hour, we and the other emergency were allowed back in. According to the vet, there was nothing in her nose, and yet she still charged €203.30. We were shocked by the price, and when we asked, she simply said, "The locksmith charges €600." When we got home, the cat wasn't feeling well after waking up from the anesthesia. She was eating heavily, and after an agonizing 4.5 hours, a 9cm-long blade of grass was visible stuck in her nose. We had to remove it ourselves, even though that should have been the vet's job! The price-performance ratio was absolutely not right, as she didn't provide the necessary service! She didn't examine our cat closely, otherwise she would have discovered the foreign body in her nose. Here's a comparison with the same emergency, but with foreign body removal:
