I've been a customer since 2017 and have moved several times since then. I'm happy to travel further because not only I, but also my dog, feel very comfortable and well cared for here. Sometimes it takes a little longer in the waiting room, but that's only because the team really takes their time with the examination and care.
I called several times because the clinic was on emergency duty, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. No response or anything! I then went to another clinic, and they at least answered right away!
Unfortunately, we only found out three months after a tissue sample was taken that my cat had a tumor. The information about the diagnosis was "forgotten" to tell us. We haven't received an apology from the vets to this day, nor any understanding – they were completely indifferent during our personal conversation. The end result was the death of our beloved cat. Surely something could have been done for him back then if we had known in time, just as we tried to do everything we could. Fortunately, there are plenty of veterinary clinics that also consider the owners and care about them. For me, our cat was part of the family, and I still miss him every single day!
I went there once because of my budgie; she had a broken wing! They glued her wings back together and gave me painkillers for three days. Unfortunately, six months later she still can't fly, and the €70 was a complete waste. On top of that, they told us she was a male, but a DNA test later revealed she was actually female.
