Very quick and compassionate help with our 17-year-old dog. We felt very well cared for by all the doctors and staff at all times. Our wishes were always taken into account. It's not a given that they would keep the doors open long after closing time. Thank you so much for that. Our little darling was treated with the utmost care and respect, which made saying goodbye easier.
Our little Yorkie was attacked and bitten by a big dog, so we had to take him in for an examination. Of course, like in any doctor's office, we had to wait, but there's a shortage of qualified doctors everywhere. But the little guy was treated well, had stitches, and received pain medication. Most importantly, it was all very quick and easy! Many thanks to the doctor and the assistant.
Easy to find in central Lienz. They were om the middle of a medical dog surgery, but I got help with Droncit tablets before returning to Norway. Good service.

We are very grateful for the assessment and treatment of our almost 16-year-old dog, who received excellent care at Dr. Hradecky's practice on New Year's Eve. We are also very grateful for his recommendation to have her operated on as soon as possible after our holiday in East Tyrol, Germany.
