Unlike many other vets, they were practically always available, even on weekends. Luckily for my cat. Otherwise, things would have ended very differently. Very competent, quick response, everything explained very well and clearly. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. They handled my cat very well. It would be wonderful if there were more vets like them.
