My dog had quite severe inflammation in his mouth. While being treated by Dr. Keller, my dog was in very poor health. He lost a lot of weight and refused to eat. She pumped him full of antibiotics (which subsequently weakened his kidneys). Another vet in Nappersdorf determined that it was simply broken teeth. We had his teeth extracted at a specialized dental clinic, and the dog is back to full health. With Dr. Keller, he would likely have died from the severe pain.
