In the evening, we noticed our cat had a swollen cheek! The next morning, the swelling had reached about the size of half a tennis ball! Wow, I thought! At 7:00 a.m., I sent a picture and a message via WhatsApp to Ms. Prikler! Less than 10 minutes later, I received a call saying I could come to the practice at 9:00 a.m.! Many thanks to Ms. Prikler for getting us an appointment so quickly outside of her regular hours! The swelling turned out to be an abscess full of pus. The minor surgery and aftercare went without any complications 😺 Cat and owner are both doing well again, hooray! In short, a competent and kind veterinarian!
