A wonderful and empathetic person. You can see her love for animals in how she handles the little ones. I was introduced to Ms. Eybel by acquaintances and couldn't say a bad word about her. Humorous, calm, and very friendly, yet still competent. She takes more than enough time to explain everything in detail, and even with overly caring and slow-witted pet owners (like me sometimes, unfortunately 😂), who also Google too much and therefore think they know everything, she remains patient and gives excellent advice. My two little cats had diarrhea and problems with giardia for months. True to the motto "less is sometimes more," she suggested exactly the right approach, and it worked. The price-performance ratio is more than just great. She even takes the time outside of office hours to communicate with pet owners and answer every question, which is absolutely not a given. I really appreciate that! Our (soon-to-be-not-so-little) cats are being spayed/neutered on Friday, and we're so glad that Ms. Eybel is performing the procedures! Thank you for everything!
