Absolutely impolite on the phone, my wife was calling because of an emergency, got no help because of the reasoning that the she is on vacation. I don't understand, if you are on vacation and are not it the mood to work, don't pick up or at least suggest someone who could help.
A wonderful veterinarian and a truly warm person! Animal welfare is her top priority – unconditionally, ALWAYS! Especially in emergencies, Ms. Kragnolini doesn't leave you in the lurch. Even at ungodly hours. She is always fair, direct, and honest, explaining every step and keeping you informed. I personally appreciate this very much, as I prefer to be clear about things rather than being presented with a fait accompli. She also helps animals who have had a difficult start in life. With her expertise and her heart, Ms. Kragnolini creates a real chance of survival for these animals. Thank you for that!
A highly experienced and competent veterinarian. She lives for her profession and our beloved pets. She is constantly expanding her knowledge. She made life worth living for our cancer-stricken Nikki until the very end. Our two new little feline companions (Lilly & Rudi) are also under her care and will be guided through healthy lives by her. We used to visit other veterinarians, but Dr. Kragnolini is simply the best!
Absolutely recommendable! I've had dogs in my household for 13 years and have therefore been to many different veterinary practices and animal hospitals. Never in those 13 years have I met such a kind, empathetic, and dedicated veterinarian! Day and night, she is ready to care for any animal, with a wealth of knowledge and commitment! She saved my dog's life on a Sunday, and for that, I am eternally grateful! Unfortunately, there are also some bad reviews, which I think aren't due to Dr. [Name], but rather to the people who, as many are wont to do, always blame others. I have been there very, very often and will always take my animals to her again and again. Absolutely dedicated and highly recommended!
Our cat died in the practice today, and in my opinion, the doctor wasn't particularly empathetic. While we were crying, she said, "Well, maybe that'll teach you something for next time, you should get to the vet a little earlier." Who says something like that when an animal has just died? When she pointed out that if she hadn't died now, they would have had to put her down anyway, I replied, "Yes, but at least it would have been a peaceful death" (she died today of an accident) - to which the doctor said, "Well, I won't let anyone blame me, in fact, I don't like such accusations at all."... Nobody blamed her?? It was just an observation?? Our cat was very old, already having difficulty breathing, and panting constantly. To take her blood, the doctor put a blanket over her head because she thought some animals don't see the blood being drawn and therefore panic less. As a result, our cat had even more trouble breathing under the blanket. She escalated, panicked, jumped from the stretcher to the floor, and once she was there, she couldn't get up... and then she died. Perhaps as a veterinarian, you should consider that it's not a good idea to put a blanket over the head of an animal struggling to breathe? I'm not blaming the doctor for what happened. But she wasn't at all empathetic. Please go somewhere else. Besides, when we first arrived, she simply told us a story about another patient, which is actually covered by doctor-patient confidentiality.
