We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Schadler. Our 17-year-old cat, Daisy, was cared for by her during the last few months. Together, we calmly considered all the options – and although Daisy's health sadly deteriorated and her condition worsened, we always felt taken seriously and well-guided. On Daisy's final journey across the Rainbow Bridge, Ms. Schadler accompanied not only Daisy but also us with incredible empathy. She took so much time, was calm, respectful, and warm-hearted – we have never experienced such compassionate support before. We have had four dogs ourselves, but never has a farewell been so gentle and dignified. It is clear with her: this is not "just" a job, but a genuine need to help. Thank you for everything.
We feel incredibly well cared for with our puppy! Appointments are easy to get, and everyone on the team takes plenty of time for each patient. Dr. Schadler also offers a chat function via an app, making it easy to get in touch if you have any questions. We feel completely supported!
We've been taking our 12-year-old senior dog, Macey, to Ms. Schadler and her team since the summer, and we're absolutely thrilled. Not only can you get an appointment quickly, but she also takes plenty of time to help and put together the right therapy. The veterinarian and her team are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely care about the animals' well-being. You feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. Previously, I went to another veterinarian where my cat was supposed to have four teeth, if not all of them, extracted immediately. Despite asking, he didn't even receive pain medication. After switching to this practice, he received immediate and loving care, was given pain medication right away, and ultimately only one tooth needed to be extracted. Today, he's doing wonderfully again! My cat was also allowed to roam freely in the examination room, which significantly improved his comfort level. The separate waiting area for cats and dogs is another particularly positive aspect, as it greatly reduces stress for all the animals. A veterinary practice I can wholeheartedly recommend!
After a weeks-long veterinary odyssey, I ended up seeing Dr. Schadler for my 11-year-old dog with a bladder condition. Her practice is equipped with the latest medical equipment, she is highly competent, and—like her two assistants—is incredibly empathetic and patient (with both the animal and the owner). The surgery she performed was very satisfactory and restored my dog's freedom from symptoms and joy in life. It couldn't be better!
