Yesterday was the worst day for us; we had to let our Luna go. We were quite overwhelmed since we had just moved and didn't know any vets. We came to Dr. Luna on a recommendation, and I must say she was friendly and came to us immediately to examine our little one, but unfortunately, it was better to let her go. Dr. Luna stayed with us until the very end and said goodbye to our dog. I can highly recommend this vet. Thank you, Dr. Luna.

All my animals have been patients of Dr. Gabriela Eisnecker for many years. Initially, we took our guinea pigs to Dr. Eisnecker. One of our guinea pigs developed a tumor in its abdomen, which she successfully removed, and our guinea pig recovered. Thanks to Dr. Eisnecker, our old cat Maxi was able to live two years longer. He was admitted to the veterinary hospital, where he underwent several examinations, during which he was supposedly uncooperative, and we were advised to have expensive kidney surgery. We went to our aforementioned veterinarian, who prescribed several medications, including many homeopathic remedies. He was kept stable and was able to enjoy two more wonderful years with us. He lived to be 20 years old. For the past 10 years, Dr. Eisnecker has been caring for our two cats, and we always receive excellent advice from her. Both cats feel calm and reassured by her gentle and calm manner during examinations. They tolerate every treatment without complaint, and yes, they are truly cooperative. After treatment, there's always a treat. Animals have a better sense than we humans do. They can tell whether someone is truly passionate about what they're doing or not. And Dr. Eisnecker is definitely passionate about her work. We constantly notice that she still loves her job. We are extremely satisfied with the treatment and the way she handles our two cats, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Eisnecker sincerely.

I'm absolutely thrilled! We took our cat to the veterinary practice in Seyring today, Sunday, shortly after 6 pm for an emergency appointment. After my phone call, we were able to go immediately, received a very friendly welcome, examined the cat, and the cause of his discomfort (a broken, infected tooth) was found and treated right away. The vet patiently answered our questions and explained everything, while also examining another issue with his eye. Ultimately, despite the holiday surcharge, we paid less than €150 for immediate help, excellent advice, and treatment. Highly recommended, and thank you again!

We took our cat to see Ms. Eisnecker today. Besides the usual check-up (heart, eyes, ears, and he even had to step on the scales), he received his annual vaccination, was dewormed, and finally had his claws trimmed. I was expecting the worst, as our "little guy" is quite sensitive. To my great surprise, he endured everything without meowing, scratching, or biting, and didn't even seem scared. I think this is certainly due in part to Ms. Eisnecker's calm and friendly manner. In any case, I was thrilled – I've only ever known one other vet who treated animals this well, and I was so glad we've found someone who prioritizes the patients' well-being over making a quick buck. I thought the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you so much, Ms. Eisnecker – we'll be back in November at the latest, this time with our little princess.
