We have several small animals and had to find a new vet after ours retired. Unfortunately, we had many bad experiences before finding Dr. Langenbeck, Dr. Ebert, and their entire wonderful team! 😀 Since then, we've been there more often than we'd like, partly due to age or the poor initial treatment we received from our previous vet. We've also had to let two animals go at their practice, but we fought for their lives and managed to buy them some time, always with the peace of mind that the animals were truly comfortable. It's a fantastic, well-coordinated, and empathetic team—a real asset for both animals and their owners. We feel very comfortable there and, above all, in excellent hands. A huge thank you for everything we've done so far, and I hope our animals can continue to go there for a long time to come if needed. I'm very reluctant to entrust my animals to strangers, but there I know that everything possible is being done to help them, and that's incredibly reassuring. 🐇🫶🐱🐈🐰 Thank you. The journey there is secondary.

We have been taking our animals to Ms. Langenbeck for many years. It started with our family dog, Laika, who received very sensitive and expert care for many years. Even when Laika later became seriously ill with cancer, we always felt she was providing us with honest, serious, and truly human support. Nothing was ever sugarcoated or dramatized; instead, she communicated with us openly, respectfully, and transparently. This helped us immensely during that difficult time. When a serious dental problem arose, Ms. Langenbeck immediately referred us to a specialist. This was absolutely the right decision and shows that she has the animal's best interests at heart, not her own ego. Ms. Langenbeck accompanied us with great dignity until Laika's passing. Despite the sad circumstances, the euthanasia at her practice was calm, loving, and conducted in a safe and supportive environment. We are incredibly grateful for that. Our small animals have also always been (and continue to be) reliably, kindly, and carefully cared for. Now I take my new dog, Mailo, there, and it's just as warm and professional as ever. The early neutering went absolutely smoothly, and we also feel very well informed and advised regarding vaccinations, injuries, preventative care, and travel advice. The entire practice is welcoming, well-organized, and very friendly. The facilities are modern, and there's a pleasant atmosphere. Sometimes, due to the open consultation hours, there are long waiting times, but that's justified. Only the sticker of a flea on the floor in front of the reception desk causes my dogs a little "confusion" every time – they think it's a big treat. 😄 The practice might be a bit more expensive than average, but that's absolutely justified. The quality of care, the dedication, and the honesty are worth every penny. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Langenbeck and her team. Anyone looking for an honest, competent, and exceptionally empathetic veterinarian will find exactly what they need here. I look forward to many more years of trustworthy care at this practice. ♥️

Excellent veterinary practice!!!! Yello, my Labrador, and I are absolutely thrilled! 😀😀😀 The team at the veterinary practice is always there for us with advice and support! Even during these times of COVID, everything is handled very professionally! Social distancing is maintained, and the animal's well-being is the top priority! Keep up the great work!!!! Unfortunately, we can only give 5 stars because the scale doesn't allow for more. Stay healthy, and we'll be back! 😀😀

The veterinarians and veterinary assistants are incredibly nice! Ms. Langenbeck took her time, handled Bailey wonderfully, and explained a lot 👍 I personally think that's important and right. The open consultation hours also suit us very well. While everything does come at a price, you definitely get excellent care in return.
