I have to give a huge compliment to this wonderful practice. We've been taking our cats there for years and are always very satisfied. Yesterday, our little tomcat was neutered, and everything went very smoothly and without any problems. I especially want to highlight the excellent consultation! The team is always patient and empathetic when answering any questions. Thank you!!! ❤️

I don't know who was on the phone. I asked about neutering a Sphynx cat. She said they already knew it was a cruel breeding practice. I told her that my cat has whiskers. She said it was animal cruelty. Of course, I blocked that out for a while. Then I asked how much neutering costs. She asked me €150. I said, "Okay, thank you very much," and she said, "If that's too expensive for you, you need to find another vet." She was just plain rude.

We've tried (or rather, had to try) many veterinarians. But for years now, we've been going to Dr. Köneke. Here, we and our feline friends have always received excellent care. They were treated only according to their specific problems and not subjected to pointless surgeries or prescribed medications that only make their fur grow, as is often the case elsewhere. We never have to wait long for an appointment, and once we're at the practice, everything is done quickly. Dr. Köneke might seem a bit brusque to some pet owners and perhaps even to (former?) employees, but she definitely cares deeply about animals and their well-being. You can tell not only from her manner but also from how she speaks to the animals. I can't complain about the prices either! While I've had to point out at other practices that I've brought in a cat, not a horse, the bills here are significantly more reasonable. We'll continue to take our cats to Dr. Köneke!

My mom has been with this woman for years and has always paid for everything. I didn't know that recently, this woman's home visits, accompanied by a lot of barking, had become a daily occurrence. Instead of calling and perhaps having a calm conversation about why she hasn't managed to pay her bill yet, she makes a personal visit and yells, insults, and causes so much stress! Very sad... Personal problems can always arise and you can't pay immediately...

That was the on-call vet for this weekend in Seevetal, and they said they wouldn't take our dog because he usually goes to our vet in Maschen!!!???? So why are you listed as an on-call vet if you don't want to help!!! Extremely poor service and very unprofessional. Thanks for nothing 😡
