A fantastic veterinarian. Super friendly veterinary assistants. Very modern practice. We are extremely satisfied and feel our dog is in very good hands. Top-notch! Update May 29, 2026: We are still very satisfied. My dog ​​had a red eye today with pus draining from it. We called at 5 pm and got an appointment for 6 pm. As always, we were treated very kindly and competently. It couldn't be better. 5 stars!

For 20 years, Dr. Marcus Cagliesi and his amazing team have been my go-to experts for all things related to my four-legged gang! In the beginning, I often needed "treatment" myself, as I was a complete nervous wreck whenever one of my darlings wasn't feeling well! Okay, okay, I confess, even today I sometimes need a pep talk to keep me from going crazy… 😉 I think that's exactly what makes the doctor and his team so special! They not only treat their little patients with love and dedication, but they also always have a kind word and a smile for us two-legged friends! The chemistry is just right! For me (and my gang), there's no one better for any kind of ailment. Every examination, no matter how minor, is explained in detail, so even a layperson can understand it. I think that's exactly what makes the doctor and his team so special! From X-rays, ultrasounds, quick in-house lab tests, annual checkups, dental work, open wounds, slipped discs, emergency surgery for uterine infections, tumor removal, heart problems, epilepsy, even "the first tick bite"—we've been through it all together! While you always hope your pets are healthy, when a vet is needed, there's only one choice for me! Nordheide Small Animal Clinic with Dr. Marcus Cagliesi and his fantastic team. And all my dogs go (and have gone) to the clinic willingly. Is there a better sign that you're in the right place? I don't think so! 😄

I'm very impressed. We brought our cat in with constipation. Dr. Caglesi pointed out that we had waited a very long time. This shows that he cares more about the animals' well-being than about getting a good review. They have their own lab, so you can get many blood test results quickly. There are several waiting rooms – we went four times, and our cat was never in the waiting room with other animals. Great! A lovely team who handled our little troublemaker wonderfully. As a layperson, I can't judge a doctor's competence, but in what was a difficult case for us, he worked conscientiously, thoroughly, and lovingly – thank you! I don't have anything to compare prices to, but I'm familiar with doctor's bills (I was a private patient once) and I think the costs are reasonable.

A fantastic veterinarian who takes his time and goes to great lengths to ensure that even a layperson can understand the necessary procedures and the animal's health status. Our cats have definitely found their vet.

We took our cat from vet to vet and no one could really help until we ended up here. The staff is always friendly and the vet takes plenty of time. Everything is explained thoroughly and all questions are answered. We feel very well cared for here.
