His treatment was very good, and our little cat is doing well. Now for the big BUT. On the phone, the vet personally advised me about the cost of the treatment and assured me that the spaying would cost €130 and that he would also microchip her for an additional €20. So we're talking about €150 in treatment costs, which was confirmed to me over the phone. After the procedure, I received a bill for €201 and told the receptionist that we had been quoted €150. After the receptionist spoke with the vet, we were sent home and told that it would be clarified at the follow-up appointment. The next day, I called the vet again to finally clarify what we were supposed to pay. He told me that it was impossible that he had quoted a price of €150 and now had to charge the other price. I'm being called a liar here, and I can only advise everyone to get anything the practice says in writing. You can't rely on their word!

After my cat's spaying, I wasn't given any medication. Dark blood was already dripping from the incision on her abdomen when I got home. Upon returning to the clinic, the vet said everything was fine and only gave her a painkiller. The next day, she experienced massive bleeding. At another clinic, they diagnosed internal bleeding and tissue necrosis. The first vet had overlooked this. Because of his negligence, I almost lost my cat and wasted a lot of money. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this clinic.
