Warning! Stay away!! Our dog wasn't given the light sedation we'd been told about for a catheter insertion, but was unnecessarily anesthetized! It took four hours before she woke up and was fit to travel. Apparently, this happens quite often there. Before anything was even done, they ran a credit check using our ID. The bill for this supposedly minor procedure: €650!! And it was inserted unprofessionally! The catheter only lasted one day! I will be reporting this to the state veterinary association. This procedure was an unnecessary ordeal for a paraplegic dog who had undergone major spinal disc surgery just a week prior. The video was taken two hours after the supposedly light sedation! She was completely unresponsive.

I've now taken my second dog there for dental work. They are incredibly friendly and helpful; I highly recommend them and would definitely come back. The team is simply amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful treatments. ♥️♥️♥️ Daisy and Coco say thank you.

Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. My dog ​​suddenly had swollen eyes, so it was an emergency. After a 20-minute wait, despite the vet having examined him, I was told there was no time and I could only get an appointment later. When I asked if anything could happen in the meantime, I only received the answer: "We don't know." Very little empathy in a stressful situation. Another vet saw us immediately and examined my dog.

I have a fearful dog. This team took such wonderful care of her that she felt completely at ease. She had surgery and everything went very well. The owners are also very well informed and all their questions are answered. I would gladly take my Nala back there anytime. A huge thank you to you all ❤️

We are completely satisfied with this veterinary practice! From the very beginning, we felt very well cared for. The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they truly take their time for both the animal and its owner – you never feel like you're just being rushed through. I would especially like to highlight the dental surgery my pet had. The procedure went absolutely smoothly and was performed very professionally. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, and the aftercare was also excellently organized. The veterinarians are not only highly skilled but also empathetic and dedicated. You can immediately tell that they work with a great deal of experience and genuine care. A truly fantastic team with wonderful veterinarians! I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and am very grateful for the excellent care.
