I called Ms. Müller as an emergency on a Saturday in June after my 11-year-old Briard collapsed. After a brief description and my suspicion of gastric torsion, Ms. Müller suggested over the phone that it was more likely a ruptured spleen and recommended I go to the clinic immediately to avoid wasting any time. We did just that, and it saved our Donnie's life. Long story short: a ruptured splenic tumor led to internal bleeding. Emergency surgery, but he came through it wonderfully and has been completely healthy ever since, and we hope it stays that way for a while. He now has a little "brother," and the two are already the best of friends. So, thank you very much for the phone call.
