I called Ms. Müller as an emergency on a Saturday in June after my 11-year-old Briard collapsed. After a brief description and my suspicion of gastric torsion, Ms. Müller said over the phone that it was more likely the spleen and recommended that I go straight to the hospital so as not to waste any time. We did that, and that's exactly what saved our Donnie's life. Long story short: a spleen tumor ruptured briefly, causing internal bleeding. He survived the emergency surgery, but he's been doing great and has been back to full health ever since, and we hope it stays that way for a while. Now he's also got a little "brother," and the two are already really good friends. So, thank you very much for the call.

Sensational! Amazing! I'm thrilled because for the first time in my life I felt that a vet was truly interested in avoiding surgery and tried everything possible to help the animal in other ways before resorting to the most drastic measure! Fantastic, and thank you so much!
