Unreservedly recommend! We have been taking our two dogs to this practice for many years and feel they receive excellent care all around. The entire team works professionally, is extremely well-organized, and demonstrates impressive empathy in their interactions with both animals and owners. You can feel with every visit that the welfare of the animals is our top priority. I would also like to expressly highlight Ms. Riedel. Her combination of expertise, empathy, and conscientiousness is exceptional—a true asset to the practice. I would also like to emphasize that the pricing is absolutely reasonable. Considering that veterinarians complete extensive training, comply with extensive legal requirements, finance staff, equipment, and medical devices, and at the same time bear the utmost responsibility for living creatures, you quickly realize that, compared to other service professions such as hairdressers, auto repair shops, or beauty salons, veterinary services are more than fairly priced—and worth every euro at this practice. Highly recommended veterinary practice. We received extremely competent, friendly, and clear explanations today. Dr. Hohmeier took plenty of time, was very empathetic towards our pet, and explained everything transparently. The treatment was professional, and we felt completely well cared for. We wouldn't recommend it. We were turned away even though the practice was empty. Our dog had apparently dislocated something. We just wanted a quick examination and possibly some medication. At 8:40 a.m., there was only one animal for treatment, and it was already finished. The waiting room was empty. We were then told that treatment wasn't possible because it was too busy that day and only one doctor was available. We were given recommendations for clinics in the surrounding area. As I said, the waiting area was empty. We've never had such a bad experience in 33 "dog years."
