Dr. Von Preyss is an excellent professional who takes great care of her patients. Had a wonderful experience with my cat for all appointments, especially the spay surgery. She was very kind also to communicate in English with me.

We always receive excellent care and advice for our dachshund, Mogli. Mogli feels very comfortable with Dr. Antonia von Preyss and goes for treatment without any qualms. He has also handled minor surgeries very well. We are completely satisfied and also receive excellent advice regarding preventative care. 👍

We spontaneously visited Dr. Von Preyss to seek clarification regarding the concerning behavior of my friend's family's 14-year-old Golden Retriever. As someone who had no prior experience with veterinarians, I can only say that Dr. Von Preyss handled the dog better than I have ever seen a doctor handle a person. All treatments were performed well, the consultation was thorough and caring, and it was clear that the well-being of this animal, which she was seeing for the first time, was genuinely important to her. Furthermore, she is also extremely pleasant to be around. The only negative thing I can mention is the fact that she doesn't treat people :(.

Pure enthusiasm! I took our 7-year-old cat there today after we'd lost faith in veterinarians for a long time. At our previous practice, we were completely ripped off. The animal wasn't the priority; it was all about the money. He was subjected to tests that were supposedly vital, but were completely over-treated! The result was six CT scans and all his teeth lost. Dr. von Preyss was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and trustworthy. Finally, I felt confident again that my cat was in good hands. And all at a reasonable price! Thank you, thank you 🙏 We'll definitely be back with our second cat.

What makes Dr. von Preyss so special is that she is not only highly competent but, above all, incredibly empathetic, sensitive, and honest. She takes her time, listens attentively, and treats both animals and their owners with a calm and warmth that is invaluable, especially in emotionally challenging situations. I would particularly like to emphasize her accessibility: I could contact her anytime via WhatsApp or phone and always received a very prompt response. This provided me with an incredible amount of support, especially during a time filled with worry and uncertainty. What I also greatly appreciated was her honest assessment. Nothing was sugarcoated or misrepresented – instead, the situation was explained openly, lovingly, and realistically, always with the animal's well-being in mind. You can tell that decisions are truly made with the animal's best interests at heart. I was always able to reach her via WhatsApp or phone and always received a very prompt response. With a heavy heart, I had to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat, and I received incredibly loving support throughout this process. Even after the euthanasia, I was given space and time – without pressure, without having to make any hasty decisions. I was allowed to breathe, feel, and reflect calmly. This support went far beyond the medical aspects and helped me immensely during one of the most difficult times. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
