Great as always!

My experience with felmo was unfortunately very disappointing. I only needed a blood test at home for my dog ​​Bond, as the Veterinary University of Hanover (TiHo Hannover) had requested current blood values ​​for further treatment. Since cost was a crucial factor for me, I specifically asked about the expected total cost before scheduling the appointment. I was informed in writing that the examination would cost approximately €60 and the blood draw and lab work approximately €145. Based on this information, I confirmed the appointment. However, the subsequent bill came to €404.80 – almost double the quoted price. After my complaint, felmo explicitly admitted that the price information provided was incorrect and misleading, and apologized. Nevertheless, they refused any adjustment to the bill. As a "concession," they only offered me a €30 voucher for their online shop. To clarify: I was very satisfied with the veterinarian herself. The home visit was professional, friendly, and competent. My criticism is expressly not directed at the attending veterinarian, but rather at the company's handling of its own demonstrably incorrect pricing information. In my opinion, anyone inquiring about costs before scheduling an appointment should be able to rely on this information, at least approximately. If a company admits to an error in the pricing but then maintains the entire invoice unchanged, I don't consider that customer-oriented. Therefore, I recommend that every customer request a detailed written cost breakdown before booking an appointment and factor in significant discrepancies from the initial quote.

I am very satisfied! The veterinarian who visited us was very nice and empathetic, took all the time in the world and gave very good advice/help.
