A wonderfully kind, amazing, and empathetic veterinarian. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats both the animals and their owners with great warmth. Highly recommended!

I was at the veterinary practice with my cat on Thursday evening in an acute emergency – and I can't express enough how grateful I am for the quick and competent help. From the moment I arrived, I was taken seriously and received a warm welcome, even though it was outside of regular hours. The veterinarian immediately took the time to thoroughly examine my cat and explain each step clearly. I immediately felt that she possessed not only professional expertise but also genuine compassion for both animals and their owners. I was particularly impressed by the calm and confident way she handled the situation. My cat was treated with loving care, and I, too, was very well looked after and reassured. Thanks to the prompt and professional care, my cat is now doing much better – for that, I am incredibly grateful! I highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone looking for a dedicated, warm, and highly skilled veterinarian – especially in emergencies.

Absolutely not recommended. They failed to diagnose gastric torsion today. They recommended healing clay. Our dog was saved thanks to the intervention of the Norderstedt veterinary clinic. Thank goodness there are still vets who know what they're doing. Unfortunately, not on Krusenhofer Weg. Such superficial knowledge is extremely dangerous.

I would like to give a very positive review to Dr. Ropp-Brenner's veterinary practice. She always takes her time, listens carefully, and treats both animals and their owners with great empathy. Even though there is a surcharge on weekends, it is absolutely justified – especially when it's urgent. I had to bring my rabbit in yesterday on the weekend because she had a cold and couldn't breathe through her mouth. Unfortunately, the visit ended with my rabbit having to be euthanized. Dr. Ropp-Brenner was very compassionate, explained everything calmly and clearly, and made me feel I was in good hands. You can tell that she is passionate about her work and truly cares about both animals and people. I am always very satisfied with her services and would gladly recommend her practice.
