I would give zero stars if I could. I called at 4 a.m. because my dog was very ill. His response: "That's ridiculous, calling at that hour..." Well, when then, please? When my dog is unwell, and he's on call? Outrageous! If he'd rather sleep than help animals, then he shouldn't be on call. Unfortunately, animals don't understand the concept of time.

Dr. Steiner showed empathy and understanding after our dog had undergone emergency surgery at another veterinarian two days prior. He even called at 8:00 PM to check on our dog's health. Highly recommended!

A heartless, completely insensitive, and ridiculously overpriced person. We had to have our beloved dog put down on the weekend. Unfortunately, only the on-call service was available. To make matters worse, we received a message saying, "He's been awake for 24 hours and can't come home with us; he wants to go to sleep." We were told to just put a blanket over our beloved dog and let him die like that, and then go to sleep. We decided to go to his place because he didn't want to leave. When we arrived, he said the dog "was already done for." How rude and insensitive can someone be? Our dog was a full-fledged member of the family, so such statements are simply outrageous. So, he euthanized him, and then we left with our dead dog. And for those five minutes, we have to pay 240 euros! For not even coming to our house, and for not doing any other work like holding the dog or anything else, no itemized bill, and no death certificate, which we need. Please think ten times before you go to this person. Not only is this price completely exorbitant, but it's also a matter of humanity. You simply can't say something like that to two people who have to have their dog put down. He was simply our treasure. When we got home, we took the next steps. Our beloved pet was picked up by the Liebring animal crematorium at 11 a.m. About three days later, he came back to us in a beautiful urn, and we created a small memorial for him at home. If I could give zero stars, I would. Inhumane, characterless, overpriced, and outrageous.

Even on weekends they were very friendly and understanding with my "whistling" cat, simply thank you for the wonderful care.
