We found this practice years ago with our first Chihuahua, Max and we're really taken care of by the doctors and staff. We have continued to us them with our new Chihuahua, Pino. We wanted to thank the doctors and staff for their great care and concern taking care of our pets. THANKS!

We recently visited the practice with our dog as a new patient, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They handled our dog with such sensitivity and love. They acted quickly and took our concerns seriously, preventing a potentially serious situation. We will gladly return to this practice from now on.

Thirteen years ago, I moved from Lankwitz to Falkensee. The small animal practice "Gartenstadt Falkenhöh" run by Dr. R. Buttgereit & Dr. T. Muche was my first choice for my cat Tippy – and I've never regretted that decision. Over all these years, I've always felt exceptionally well cared for and in good hands. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful. Tippy was thankfully a healthy little cat, though also a real handful as a patient. Nevertheless, she was always treated with great care, patience, and time. Whether it was dental treatments, cleaning a wound after a fight with the neighbor's cat, or many other minor and major issues – we were always treated competently and with loving care. I am especially grateful for the support during Tippy's final weeks. Everything was done to give her as much quality of life as possible for as long as possible. After 17 years together, the inevitable farewell finally came on July 1, 2026. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Voss and her assistant, who supported us so professionally, sensitively, and with so much heart on this difficult day at our home. We will always be grateful to them. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team. You do a fantastic job and make not only the animals but also their owners feel they are in the best possible hands. From the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU! ❤️
