Dr. Mainzer is a very empathetic and always a good, competent companion for us! She cared for us until the very last second! She helped our Rambo cross the Rainbow Bridge and had a loving hug and warm words for us! Many thanks also to the lovely nurse Juliane! You were and are a wonderful team! Thank you for the many years!!!
Dr. Mainzer is the best veterinarian we can wholeheartedly recommend. For 14 long years, she cared for our dog Felix, from puppyhood to his very last day. She was incredibly dedicated and compassionate towards our four-legged friend, and always friendly, empathetic, and helpful to us two-legged companions. The last appointment here at our apartment was a very emotional farewell to Felix. Thank you so much, dear Barbara, for your work and your highly competent service. If we ever get another puppy, our first stop will definitely be your practice for an initial consultation and health check. We promise. We wish you and your team all the best and continued success in your practice. The Rünger Family
This practice is highly competent and shows great heart. I'm always happy to return. J. Mücke-März
Ms. Meinzer is not my trusted veterinarian. She billed us for many things we didn't request. For example, she charged me twice for approximately €25 each for nutritional advice. I noticed this later and called the practice. The response was that the vet had told me which food was best for my pet, and that constitutes nutritional advice! So, this vet asks you questions while examining your pet, and if you answer them, she charges you for the consultation without informing you that she's billing you for it! She collects money for the examination and, on top of that, charges for services she didn't provide. And by the way, these costs aren't covered by health insurance. Ms. Meinzer used to have a young vet who was good and genuinely cared about the animal's well-being, unlike Ms. Meinzer.
We've been taking our animals to Ms. Mainzer and her team for over 10 years and would recommend them to anyone. She and her team take plenty of time for each animal, and it's clear they all do their work with a great deal of love, heart, and expertise. That's why we always enjoy going there, and our usually shy, fluffy dogs always feel very well cared for.
