A truly fantastic practice team! 👍🏼 We feel very comfortable there. They are very helpful and offer lots of helpful tips. Five stars aren't nearly enough. I can highly recommend Dr. Mull.
After many years of expert care for our dogs, we would like to thank you. You have always cared for our dogs professionally, sensitively, and reliably. Our Sally and Nelson, in particular, were able to enjoy a few more wonderful years with us thanks to your excellent medical care. You treat our little anxious dog with great patience, helping her to gain confidence. You always respond to questions, and appointments are available on short notice. Your invoices are easy to understand. Anyone getting a pet should be aware that treatments can be expensive, so it's important to plan ahead. You have certainly earned your fee. Fortunately, there are emergency veterinarians available for animals in case of nighttime emergencies. Lanti and Mica are already looking forward to their next visit! Thank you so much!
Hello, We've been taking our dog to Dr. Mull for 14 years. We also always take our cats to her. She's a wonderful and caring veterinarian who always treats the animals with respect and warmth. We can't confirm the issue of Dr. Mull's poor accessibility mentioned here. However, I don't expect her to be available 24/7. She's a veterinarian, not an animal hospital. Veterinarians are allowed to have a private life, too. I'd also like to say something about the costs: Yes, she's not the cheapest! I've told her that, since our dog sees her once a month due to pain. But she's very skilled and offers a wide range of services. Her fees are absolutely justified. Anyone wanting to minimize costs should take out pet insurance as soon as they get a pet. And I can definitely speak to the costs, since we don't have pet insurance for our dog. We greatly appreciate Ms. Mull and highly recommend her and her colleague. And we thank her for the excellent service!
I've been a patient/client of Dr. Mull for quite some time now with my dogs and my two cats, and I feel very well cared for there. Dr. Mull works very meticulously, takes her time, and explains everything clearly – even when things get a bit more complex, which is currently the case with my dogs. You can tell that nothing is rushed here; each animal is considered individually. I particularly appreciate that she always decides in the best interests of the animal and honestly says what makes sense – and also what might not necessarily be necessary, because unlike clinics that are now owned by large corporations, here it's not about profit but about the animals' health. This gives me a very good and secure feeling, especially with my senior dogs. On a personal level, I also feel taken seriously and treated with respect. For me, she's a veterinarian I absolutely trust and can wholeheartedly recommend.
