Very friendly staff. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but that depends entirely on the animals, so you can't blame anyone. I'm very satisfied, and the price is right. Claws are always trimmed neatly and cleanly, and my dog is always treated kindly and gently. Definitely recommended.
