I was on vacation in Tyrol with my dog and contacted Dr. because my little Swiss Shepherd had been suffering from severe gastritis for a week. We got an appointment right away, received the appropriate antibiotics, and I'm very grateful that my dog was feeling better after just one day. It's a shame she can't be our vet!
Very friendly doctor; we took our dog to her during our vacation. We would go back to her in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
My dog unfortunately suffers from allergies and developed a contact allergy on his paws while we were in beautiful Austria. Knowing what to do, I called Dr. Brandstätter and explained the situation. We got an appointment the same day. He was treated quickly and successfully, and the inflammation subsided that same day. Our vacation was saved, and my dog is doing wonderfully!
After our Australian Shepherd Mini had a tick infestation, we called Dr. Brandstätter. She was very courteous on the phone and invited us to her practice around 8:00 p.m. As soon as we entered the practice, she went straight to us. She immediately examined our dog and checked for ticks. She only found the scab from a tick that had already been removed. She gave us detailed and easy-to-understand advice and recommended a tick gel, which we applied with her help. She recommended the gel and also advised us about taking tablets to prevent ticks. We felt very well cared for. Her expertise was very impressive. We felt very comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Brandstätter. Thank you again for your time and effort.
Literally the best encounter we’ve ever had with a veterinarian. Our dog had an urgent problem and al lot of pain while we are on vacation near here in Ellmau, and she helped us tremendously. She is very sweet and helpful. Thank you so much! We are very grateful.
