Initially, I was impressed with the veterinarians employed there, but this diminished after some unnecessary incidents. My dog was hit by a car, and since she had an appointment for surgery, we had to wait. So, my dog had to wait 2-3 hours with the open wound (which was presumably painful) before she received treatment. The second incident involved a stranger trying to restrain her. In my opinion, this isn't very beneficial for the dog. First, she's in an unfamiliar environment, and things are being done that she doesn't appreciate. Then, being restrained by a stranger only exacerbates the situation. I have no problem restraining her while she undergoes treatment.
We are completely satisfied. Both the veterinarians and the staff are highly competent and friendly, both to people and animals!
The care our seriously ill cat received was extremely loving and attentive. From the very beginning, we always felt very well looked after. The entire team was extremely kind and competent.
Definitely the best veterinary practice in the Weiz area. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a drive for me, but it's well worth the trip. After my original vet turned one of my cats away because she was deemed untreatable due to her often intense resistance, Dr. Kutschera had no problem seeing her.
