Dr. Erös was the only one who could help us with our cat problem! One of our two house cats suddenly became extremely aggressive toward the other; she would have seriously injured it if we'd left them together, and the cat even attacked us humans (including biting us!). No one knew what to do, and we actually considered giving the cat away :-( Thank goodness someone recommended Dr. Erös, and with the help of his specially blended Bach flower remedies, we were able to get the aggression under control after a few weeks and eventually get rid of it completely! The two cats are now living peacefully side by side again—we can't thank Dr. Erös enough!
simpy the best!!!
Been going there since 20 years, one of the best vets I know in the area!!!
Today was our first visit to Dr. Erös's practice with our cat, who is usually quite anxious, and we were able to get an appointment immediately. She was surprisingly calm – which was certainly due in part to the calm and caring manner of the team. The consultation was excellent; they took their time, explained everything clearly, and quickly implemented the right measures. We feel very well cared for here and will gladly return. Thank you so much!
I contacted the practice about a sick reptile with a clearly visible abscess. The practice advertises operations and experience with exotic animals on its website. I contacted the practice several times by phone and email, including photos, but only after about a month did I receive a succinct response: "There's nothing we can do." No explanation, no alternatives. The animal died. Even in the case of a friend with a crested gecko that was breathing heavily – closed nostrils, pale mucous membranes, panting behavior – no diagnosis was made. The doctor recommended giving natural yogurt instead and raising the temperature in the terrarium to induce an artificial "fever" in the cold-blooded animal – yes, I've never heard of that either. A behavioral fever, yes, but artificially inducing it is far too dangerous for a layperson. A bottle of drops was also provided, without any labeling or explanation. There was no written documentation, no explanation. Later, another veterinarian specializing in reptiles diagnosed pneumonia – unfortunately, too late. This animal has also died. I strongly advise against visiting this practice with exotic animals. In my experience, they not only lack the necessary expertise, but also a sense of responsibility.
