We had to call Mr. Heermann for an emergency call regarding a suspected colic in our horse. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to help him, it turned out a few hours later that our horse (almost 30 years old) could not be saved and had to be euthanized. Mr. Heermann's calm and kind manner with which he handled our horse, as well as his explanations, greatly helped us cope with this situation. We sincerely thank Mr. Heermann for his support and empathy towards both people and animals!
