Very quick appointment scheduling; I called in the morning and already had an appointment for my guinea pig by early afternoon. The whole team is very friendly and accommodating, the consultation was also very good, and I was very impressed with the treatment. I can definitely recommend this veterinarian.

Since our usual vet suddenly fell ill, we had to take our dog (8 years old) to the vet clinic in Erdweg as an emergency case. Our dog, a Husky/German Shepherd mix, suffers from hip dysplasia (HD). This had been known for some time, but hadn't required treatment. When I called the small animal clinic on Monday morning and explained the situation, my mother was able to bring our dog there shortly afterward (I was tied up with work). He received a complete check-up, and blood was drawn. The clinic called me and informed me that the HD had flared up acutely, which was why he was in so much pain and could barely move. All the lab results were normal. We were given painkillers, which helped, but he continued to suffer. When he fell down the stairs that same evening because his hind legs gave way, we were able to bring him back the next day. This time, he received an injection to last for four weeks, more painkillers, and other medication for the inflammation. We felt comfortable at the practice; they listened to us and actively sought solutions to help our dog as quickly and effectively as possible. Thanks again to the entire team!

Great! They even removed the tick quickly and free of charge. I gave them a tip for their time. Thanks for the quick help.

I called late this morning (I'm a new client) and got an appointment this afternoon. My young Labrador was lame in the front (he's a real live wire). Dr. Fischer examined him thoroughly, on the ground (because he's a 6-month-old bouncy puppy). The whole team was incredibly friendly and kind! I hope we don't see each other again until his vaccinations. Thank you all so much!
