We went to Dr. SpƤth because of a heavily bleeding wound inflicted by another rabbit during a socialization. Unfortunately, our rabbit was given a completely wrong diagnosis. We were sent away with the words that the wound would heal on its own and that the rabbits had probably been a bit too aggressive. Since the bleeding didn't stop, we went back to another vet the next day. Here, she was anesthetized (after an initial visual diagnosis, which wasn't immediately positive) to examine the severity of the wound. It was determined to be fatal. According to this vet, it was the worst injury he had ever seen in a rabbit during a socialization... Half of her urethra had been bitten off, and worse. No vet could have saved her life, but in my opinion, veterinarians should be able to tell the difference between a fatal wound and a "self-healing" wound.
He's nice and does his job well. It's a small practice, but not bad. The cats seem fine.
Friendly and reliable, and performed a very good operation on my cats š± š±
