For 25 years, EVERYTHING has been great. The veterinarians are all incredibly dedicated, the assistants are friendly, and the Nagelfeld family is incredibly kind. Regarding the 1-star review: I understand the sadness and disappointment when something like this happens. It's awful, and I'm very sorry. However, no animal is euthanized unnecessarily or too quickly at this practice. On the contrary, every single veterinarian fights for every little life. You always receive thorough consultations and information. I've always been fully informed about the procedures and what options are still available. The emergency service is also easily accessible. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and have been completely satisfied for almost three decades. Many thanks to the entire team for their excellent work! 💐

Mr. Nagelfeld and his team are wonderful veterinarians. Sadly, our dog couldn't be saved 😭, but Mr. Nagelfeld did everything he could. Thank you so much. RIP my little darling ❤️

Yesterday, Wednesday, we went to the veterinary practice in Elmlohe for an ultrasound examination with our regular vet.
