I can't recommend this practice 100%, no, I can recommend it 120%. I also sent my parents to Dr. Schreiber's practice with their seriously ill Akita. They were very satisfied with the consultation and care. With great empathy and professional expertise, Mr. Schreiber truly takes the time with angelic patience to answer all questions and explain everything clearly. The team is also incredibly kind. Our dog was almost 15 years old, so he had to stay for monitoring after his surgery. I am so grateful to everyone that I was able to be with my dog ​​immediately after the operation. Without any discussion, I was allowed to be there for him as soon as he woke up. I was so scared, and everyone was so understanding. Even now, the tears are flowing again when I think about it. I am certain that Mr. Schreiber, through his work, gave us two more wonderful years with our Ypso. I thank you and your team so much for that.

I am extremely disappointed. My cat was put in a cage for several hours before I finally received a phone call. The animal is, incidentally, already quite old. I wasn't told how urgent the situation was; on the contrary, I was led to believe that if I had more money, they could have helped him. Thanks for making me feel guilty. I was later told by a second opinion that there was nothing more they could do for my cat's cancer. Sad.
