Our veterinarian for over 15 years. We have always been satisfied. If a diagnosis was unclear, it was always discussed openly, and we were given the opportunity for more in-depth examinations or to seek a second opinion. Dr. Heicks also personally performed euthanasia on all our elderly dogs without any time pressure, ensuring a stress-free end to their lives. I must particularly emphasize that someone was always available, even outside of regular office hours, in case of serious problems, which I find is not something to be taken for granted these days.

These are two very empathetic, competent, and experienced veterinarians who always prioritize the animal's well-being and persevere where others have given up. They actively consult with each other on complex cases. I have always received honest and direct answers from both of them. They are also straightforward when they are not up to something and refer patients to specialized veterinary clinics. Exchanging medical records is also digital and straightforward. The practice team is equally polite, courteous, and extremely well-organized. Every problem was promptly resolved. Need to pick up medication in the evening? No problem. Billing for treatments, for example, when the pet owner is on vacation, is also no issue. The woman who manages the office is simply amazing; I have no idea how she manages to organize everything with such calm and composure. The practice is clean, modernly furnished, and located in a quiet area, which I consider ideal for the animals. The entire team supported and cared for my sick cat for almost a year. I am incredibly grateful and can therefore wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. Thank you!
