Our veterinarian for over 15 years. We have always been satisfied. If a diagnosis was unclear, it was always discussed openly, and we were given the opportunity for more in-depth examinations or to seek a second opinion. Dr. Heicks also personally performed euthanasia on all our elderly dogs without any time pressure, ensuring a stress-free end to their lives. I must particularly emphasize that someone was always available, even outside of regular office hours, in case of serious problems, which I find is not something to be taken for granted these days.

These are two very empathetic, competent, and experienced veterinarians who always focus on the animal's well-being and continue where others have already given up. Both actively communicate with each other in complicated cases. I've always received honest and direct answers from both of them. Both are also forthright when they're not so good at something and refer patients to veterinary clinics. The exchange of medical records is also digital and uncomplicated. The practice team surrounding them is also polite, courteous, and extremely well-organized. All problems were promptly resolved. Need to pick up medication in the evening? No problem. Treatments with a fee, for example, when the pet owner is on vacation, are also no problem. The woman who runs the office there is simply brilliant; I have no idea how she manages everything with such calm. The practice is clean, modern, and located in a quiet location, which I consider ideal for the animals. The entire team accompanied and supported me for almost a year with my sick cat. I am infinitely grateful for this and can therefore recommend this veterinary practice without reservation. Thank you!
