We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Heicks' small animal practice for several years now. We have complete confidence in the team's expertise and highly recommend them. Their focus isn't on making money, but on the well-being of the animals. They also communicate openly about whether treatment is absolutely necessary. We feel exceptionally well cared for and in very good hands here.

We took our Newfoundland, Paula, there. Blood was drawn, and the results came back after four days—too late in my opinion (unfortunately). The practice could do X-rays, but not ultrasound (which should be standard equipment in every veterinary practice). Experimenting with the results didn't help. So we went to the clinic in Bramsche. Two days later, we had to let our Paula cross the Rainbow Bridge. I think they should have reacted differently; if they don't know what to do, they should refer the patient to professionals or at least communicate that to the pet owners.

I had my two Bengal cats vaccinated and their nails trimmed. The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and I'm very satisfied.
