Very nice vets and nurses, very professional and patient. Me and my dog really appreciate the treatment and operation we had last night.
A huge thank you to Dr. Denninger and his entire team for treating our dog Pancho. We felt we were in excellent hands at all times! The practice is characterized by a rare combination of qualities: expertise, empathy, competence, friendliness, and constant helpfulness. It's clear that the well-being of the animal and respectful treatment of the owners are their top priorities. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to every pet owner! Thank you so much for everything!
Dr. Hertslet is the only veterinarian who has truly helped our Frenchie. We've been dealing with the complexities of her eye problems for a long time, after many visits to other vets where, in retrospect, it became clear that while the vets were confident, they lacked the necessary expertise. Yes, I understand that some might find her approach or her strict procedures unusual. However, this criticism falls far short. Dr. Hertslet works on one of the most sensitive and complex organs in the world: the eye. This requires absolute calm, the highest hygiene standards, clear procedures, and consistency – both in the environment and in the handling of the animal. This is precisely what distinguishes true professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. The defect in our dog's eye closed completely within just nine days. In the past, the same healing process took up to three months – if it was successful at all. Eyes need specialists. And when it comes to eyes, for us, there's only Dr. Hertslet. Professionally outstanding, consistent, responsible, and one of the best in her field. (Shown in the photos: defect before surgery and fully healed eye just 9 days later)
Let me start by saying that an eye operation isn’t a walk in the park!!! First of all you need someone professional like Dr Hertslet that knows her business! … She is very knowledgeable and professional and she doesn’t beat about the bush !!! Anyway she operated on the two eyes of my Border collie so she can see again hopefully!!!! Let me say this too the owners …. After the OP you need to LOTS of time to look after your dog or cat ,they need lots of tablets and lots of care and attention, Dr Hertslet only takes cash or card because she has obviously been ripped off in the past … On this point don’t even try to discuss it … Won’t happen! Anyway I recommend this Eye clinic with 10 stars … good luck
We've taken our dogs to Dr. Denninger several times. He's an incredibly kind and empathetic doctor and person. Highly competent, too. And the entire practice team is always very friendly. Therefore, he absolutely deserves full marks...
