We ended up at this practice by chance with our pug, Jade. We felt very well cared for there, and the staff really listened to our pets. As a result, we had Nala the pug, and hernia surgery was performed by Till Hilgert, which went perfectly. We will be taking all our pugs there for treatment in the future, including any future foster pugs. A team with heart!

I took my dog ​​to the veterinary practice at Wisentpark for a dental cleaning and I'm absolutely thrilled. The entire team is incredibly kind and empathetic. Our dog was treated calmly and very patiently, so she felt comfortable from the very beginning. The treatment was professional and thorough, and I received comprehensive advice. Without Mr. Hilgert, our dog probably wouldn't be alive today. He's a bit older, and he'd been unwell since January, but no one could figure out why. After the blood test results, Mr. Hilgert immediately scheduled an ultrasound appointment in Friedrichstadt. There, they found a tumor. Emergency surgery to remove his spleen saved our beloved pet. We will continue to go to this wonderful practice, where they actually take the time for each patient. We are thrilled with the doctor himself and the entire team, and incredibly grateful! 🙏

We had to find a new veterinary practice because our previous vet retired. The practice team, led by Till Hilgert, comes highly recommended. They treat our French Bulldog with great expertise, and he was put under anesthesia with impressive calm and care. We felt very well cared for; there was always a competent person available to answer our questions. We are grateful to have this practice so close to us. Appointments and waiting times are all superbly organized.
