Dear Team at Kropp Veterinary Practice, we would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent care you provided for our dogs, a five-year-old Segugio Maremmano and our senior Bracco Italiano. From the very first moment, we were treated with great care and expertise. After the uncomplicated appointment process, we were quickly referred to the attending veterinarian. The examination was extremely thorough – not only was the problem we mentioned investigated, but a general health check was also performed to rule out any possible associated issues. We were particularly impressed by the calm and empathetic manner of all the veterinarians at this practice. They explained the diagnosis to us clearly, showed us the X-rays, and discussed all the treatment options with their advantages and disadvantages. All the veterinarians were also willing to go above and beyond in the best interests of the animals. We were saddened to learn that, unfortunately, there are situations where no treatment in the world will lead to an improvement in the animal's condition. Our special thanks go to the attending veterinarian, Seyed Mahyar Hejazi, who fought so hard for our dog's life. The hygiene in the practice, the friendly atmosphere, and the short waiting times also impressed me greatly. It's clear that a dedicated team works here, taking both animals and their owners seriously. We can wholeheartedly recommend your practice and feel that our pet is in the best hands. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinarian and such a warm and welcoming team! Our dog underwent a very difficult operation, and from the very first moment, we felt completely at ease. Our dog was treated with such calm, love, and respect that it was immediately clear how much the animal's well-being is truly the priority. The veterinarian is incredibly competent and, at the same time, simply wonderful on a personal level. Everything was explained clearly, our anxieties were taken seriously, and we had complete confidence in her at all times! A huge thank you also to the assistants: consistently loving, empathetic, and warm. You don't feel like "just an appointment," but truly seen and supported. This team works with heart and passion 🐾💚 We wholeheartedly recommend them! We would entrust our dog to their care again without hesitation.

I wouldn't get anything more than a vaccination there. The reception staff are friendly, but unfortunately, I found their expertise lacking. The misjudgments of the doctor, who barely spoke German, ultimately cost me numerous emergency room visits, thousands of euros, and almost my cat's life…

I'm so glad I found this practice. They really look after the animal and give it the best possible care. I also feel well taken care of financially. They discuss every financial aspect openly and discuss and weigh the options together. They clearly state what's necessary, but also consider possibilities and alternatives. All in the best interest of the animal. After treatment in the emergency room, followed by long-term treatment and surgery with aftercare, I feel even more confident that my dog ​​is in good hands there. A truly excellent veterinary practice that I've already (successfully) recommended to my friend. Thank you for your work!
