A top-notch vet. Where some vets fail (I won't name names), he saved my Labrador today. He takes his time and examines thoroughly before making a diagnosis. Thank you again. Excellent value for money. A truly kind person. I've found my trusted vet.

Always friendly and kind to both animals and people, and that's important to me. A competent doctor. Thank you for your help and advice.

Excellent veterinarian, highly recommended. He handles animals well, explains things clearly, and is compassionate when it's necessary to euthanize an animal.

I took my dogs to get vaccinated. Unfortunately, I can't confirm the friendliness, professionalism, or good manners with people and animals that the vet had promised. He was only friendly when I opened the door; the experience inside the practice was completely different. With the first dog, he jammed the needle in so far that it got stuck in the skin. The vet told ME to pull the needle out of the dog because HE considered it too dangerous (my dog was wearing a muzzle!). When I had the needle in my hand, I was horrified to see that it was bent at almost a 90° angle. I suspect the needle hit a bone, probably a rib. My dog barked and was understandably distraught, as he probably felt pain, not just a quick prick. With the second dog, he completely failed and injected the vaccine into the dog's fur and onto my pants... and the dog didn't even notice! Only when I showed him did he, annoyed, draw up another syringe and only managed to administer the injection with my help. Then came the real shocker... At the beginning of the visit, he said €85 per dog. When he drew up the bill, he said that vaccination costs had risen so much that he now had to charge a total of €220, or €110 per dog. I actually asked him when he last vaccinated a dog, to which he replied, "Not for a long time." Well, that explained a lot! After that performance, I was absolutely not happy with this surcharge. It also seemed to me as if he was indirectly trying to charge me for the botched vaccination. Very dissatisfied, he billed me €180 and told me never to come to his practice again. When I replied that I certainly didn't intend to, he, in his helplessness, labeled my dogs (according to him, beasts!!) as life-threatening and gave me a piece of his mind!!! In my perception, the guy was completely out of sorts, uncertain in his actions, and confused in his behavior. In my opinion, this veterinarian has long since outlived his usefulness. Respect for older people—but one should know when it's time to stop in order to minimize the damage for the benefit of all.
