Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my appointment. My dog, Fini, was showing clear signs of health problems. However, during the appointment, neither a thorough physical examination was performed, nor was he listened to or palpated. Only a basic blood test was done. Afterward, I was told that her kidney values ​​were very high, that Fini should eat renal food, and that we should come back in three weeks. As a concerned dog owner, I would have liked a more comprehensive examination, a more detailed explanation of the findings, and further diagnostic measures. Only after a subsequent visit to another veterinarian were additional tests carried out, including an ultrasound and further treatments. I can only describe my personal experience, and I would have wished for significantly more attention and support for my sick pet in this situation.

I'd gladly come back! The staff was very friendly, my chickens received a thorough examination, and they were prescribed individual medications. The practice is fantastic! Very bright and clean, no rush at all. It was my first time there, and I felt very well cared for.
