We brought our puppy to this veterinary practice for the first time due to an emergency gastrointestinal illness. Despite the stressful situation, we received a very warm welcome. The veterinarian was incredibly friendly, competent, and empathetic. She took plenty of time for the examination, explained everything clearly, and handled our puppy with great care. We felt well cared for from the very beginning! The veterinary assistant was also exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring. Both of them contributed to making the visit as pleasant as possible, despite our worries. We are very grateful for the excellent care and would recommend this practice without hesitation. We took our cat Samy to the vet yesterday for treatment. Even without an appointment, we weren't turned away, and our cat received excellent care.
