Incredibly dissatisfied! My 11-month-old female dog was quickly given medication without any questions about her age, any allergies or stomach issues. I feel rushed and dismissed; the only thing that matters is the money, and we're supposed to start thinking about spaying. I don't feel any empathy or interest shown towards the animal.

A difficult, unfriendly receptionist and incorrect advice from the vet. Thank goodness we got a second opinion, otherwise our puppy would have died. Our current vet immediately diagnosed our puppy with rickets, worms, and acute nutrient deficiencies. I'm very surprised by the other reviews.

Dr. Keidel is accommodating and helpful. We feel comfortable and well cared for by her. A small, friendly, and competent practice. Our four-legged friend thanks her 🐝🐶. For minor ailments, a short walk in the spa park or along the Seufzerallee (Sighs Avenue) is a great way to de-stress. #PleaseDontLitter (What's clean can stay clean.) 🐝🐶✌️

Excellent veterinarian, even offering emergency appointments on Sundays. Quick and accurate diagnosis, and very friendly to boot. It couldn't be better. We would definitely bring Alf, Hannah, and Odin back again. Thank you for the prompt help! 👍👍👍👍

Wonderful veterinarian! We were visiting our parents and had an emergency with our dog. She treated her quickly and calmly and explained everything very well. A veterinarian who truly prioritizes the animal's well-being, even on weekends, and doesn't try to sell us money. Thanks again!
